Global Procurement Support Section (GPSS) in Entebbe, Uganda intends to establish a long term contract for the provision of Supply, Refilling, Repair, and Maintenance of Fire Extinguishers and Supply Fire Detection Systems in Support of UNITAMS in Sudan. It is aniticipated that the contract will have an initial period of three years with the option to extend for two one-year periods. GPSS is encouraging vendors who could meet the dynamic supply chains requirements that are reliable, responsive, agile and cost effective to express interest in participating in the solicitation exercise. With a view to provide fast delivery response time to UNITAMS in Sudan. It is recommended that the vendor owns/leases a properly equipped workshop/facility in Sudan and the vendor should have authorization by the local laws to provide, refill, maintenance, and disposal services of fire extinguishers in Sudan.
